- “Services” refers to the job advertising and recruitment-related services provided by Zire.ai.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or posting job listings.
3.2 Job Advertisements
- All job postings must comply with UK employment laws and anti-discrimination policies.
- We reserve the right to remove or reject any job posting that contains misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions and must ensure they reflect genuine opportunities.
3.3 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Zire.ai immediately.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Pricing
- Our job advertising packages and additional services are listed on our website.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but existing agreements will not be affected.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full before job postings go live.
- We accept payment via Stripe (card payment processor).
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if a job posting is removed due to our error.
- No refunds will be given for job postings removed due to violations of our terms.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Zire.ai a license to display and distribute job postings.
- You must not use our platform to distribute copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content.
6. Employer and Job Seeker Responsibilities
6.1 Employer Obligations
- Employers must ensure they do not post fraudulent job listings.
- Employers must adhere to fair recruitment practices.
6.2 Job Seeker Obligations
- Job seekers must provide truthful information in their applications.
- We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
7. Service Availability and Liability
- We aim to keep our platform operational 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Job Advertising Terms
12. Job Posting Terms
By submitting a job posting on Zire.ai, you (the employer, recruiter, or authorized representative) agree to the following terms:
12.1 Job Posting Requirements
- All job listings must be genuine employment opportunities and must not be misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Job postings must comply with UK employment laws, including anti-discrimination and fair recruitment practices.
- No job listing should require candidates to pay fees to apply or participate in the recruitment process.
12.2 Prohibited Job Listings
The following types of job postings are strictly prohibited on Zire.ai:
- Pyramid schemes, commission-only jobs without transparency, or multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities.
- Jobs that involve illegal activities, including but not limited to fraudulent schemes, misleading financial services, or escort services.
- Job listings that include offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content.
- Unpaid internships or volunteer positions that do not comply with UK minimum wage laws.
- Duplicate job listings intended to manipulate search rankings.
12.3 Job Posting Approval & Moderation
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any job posting that does not comply with our terms.
- If a job posting is rejected, we may provide feedback or request edits before approval.
12.4 Employer Responsibilities
- Employers must ensure that all job postings remain up-to-date and accurate.
- If a position is filled, employers must remove or update the listing promptly.
- Employers must not harass, spam, or misuse candidate data collected through job applications.
12.5 Featured Listings & Paid Promotions
- Employers may choose to purchase premium job listing placements for increased visibility.
- Payment for premium listings is non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.
12.6 Reporting Violations
If you encounter a fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate job listing, please report it to hello@zire.ai, and our team will investigate promptly.
13. Branded Terms
13.1 Enhanced Branding
By selecting enhanced branding for your company listing, you authorize Zire.ai to share your company details—including name, logo, and website URL—with external job boards. This enables your company information to appear on their platforms, improving visibility and employer recognition.
13.2 Branding Approval
Branded job advertisements purchased through our marketplace are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual job board. If you already have an account with a job board or are in discussions to create one, they may choose to reject your company branding.
In such cases, Zire.ai will publish your job listing using our own branding, ensuring your vacancy remains live. The job post will include a link directing applicants to your branded advert on Zire.ai. Please note that if a job board rejects your branding, you will not be eligible for a refund.
